| This article shows how the web is evolving from its HTTP origins to a multi protocol and script system. It shows that the internet is an "almost" living thing; in fact some commentators have likened the internet and world wide web to a living organism. I suspect that even if this is not the case now, it could become the case in the future. The question is will it become one all encompassing "living" system, or an amalgam of millions of systems that interact together much in the way that living organisms interact with each other in the real world environment. |
